GOVERNORíS HOUSE VENTILATION UNIT AND HEATING PLANT REPLACEMENT,JUNEAU (2011)
Client:State of Alaska
Services Provided: Mechanical engineering analysis and cost estimates for various options, bid ready documents and inspection services for the ventilation and heating plant replacement at the Governors House in Juneau. Project Work included replacement of the air handling unit serving ventilation to the house and the oil-fired boilers replacement, and conversion from pneumatic to direct digital controls.

GOVERNOR'S HOUSE, PLUMBING SYSTEMS REPLACEMENT, JUNEAU (2008)
Client:State of Alaska
Services Provided: Analysis, design construction documents, and inspection services for plumbing systems replacement. Project was a two phased project of a 30-50 year old sanitary and plumbing systems replacement with owner occupied period between phases.

SHRINE OF ST. THERESE RENOVATION, JUNEAU (2005)
Services Provided: Mechanical renovation to the Shrine of St Therese located at mile 21 Glacier Highway in Juneau, where oil-fired radiant floor heating and heat recovery ventilation were designed and installed.

OLD CORDOVA POST OFFICE RENOVATION, CORDOVA (1997) 
Client:US Dept of Agriculture, Forest Service Region 10
Services provided: Mechanical engineering services for contract documents of the renovation of the old Cordova Post Office into a District Ranger Station. The project consists of renovation to the existing mechanical systems and additional heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems to upgrade the building to the new occupantís requirements.

WHITE PASS & YUKON ROUTE RAILROAD DEPOT, SKAGWAY, (1996)
Services Provided:  This fast-track project included new ventilation and exhaust system, building automation control system and an extension to the hydronic heating system and wet sprinkler system.  Spaces included a large main lobby, gift shop, inventory storage, and small offices. Approximate Total Mechanical Construction Cost $190,000.


Other historical buildings we have worked on include the original and reconstructed Holy Trinity Church in Juneau, the Juneau Memorial Library, Valentine Building in Juneau, the Alaskan Hotel in Juneau, and several buildings in the Skagway Historical Building District including the Arctic Brotherhood Hall, and the Lynch & Kennedy Dry Goods & Haberdashery building.
