ALASKA STATE CAPITOL BUILDING SPRINKLER INSTALLATION, JUNEAU (2008)
Client: State of Alaska
Services Provided:  Prime consultant for project mechanical engineering of a design-bid-build sprinkler installation project at the State Capitol Building. Design documents included performance specification and drawings for a wet and dry sprinkler systems and standpipe system.




NOAA SCIENCE LAB, JUNEAU (2007)
Client: National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration
Services Provided:  Sub-consultant for project mechanical-plumbing engineering of a design-negotiated bid-build construction project.  Mechanical systems included in the design were plumbing and laboratory piping systems including RO (reverse osmosis) water, nitrogen, helium, hydrogen, compressed air and LP piping distribution systems.




SKAGWAY FERRY TERMINAL (2003)
Client: City of Skagway
Condition survey, bid ready design documents, and construction services for the mechanical systems renovation for the Skagway ferry terminal.  Mechanical systems included oil-fired boiler and hot water heating systems, ventilation and exhaust systems, plumbing, and direct digital automatic controls.




STATTER HARBOR OFFICE, JUNEAU (2001)
Client:  State of Alaska
Construction documents and construction services for a new harbor office facility.  Mechanical systems included domestic plumbing, heat recovery ventilation, radiant floor heating, fuel oil storage and piping, waste fuel oil system, automatic sprinklers, and automatic controls. 

JUNEAU POLICE STATION (1999)
Client: City and Borough of Juneau
Sub-consultant for project mechanical engineering design and construction services.  Mechanical systems included domestic plumbing including acid resistive waste and vent piping, ventilation system consisting of variable frequency drive fan systems and variable volume terminal units, hydronic heating system, wet and dry sprinkler systems, and a building automation system BAS.  Specialty systems included security type equipment for the holding cell areas, fume hood exhaust systems, dual separate air conditioning systems for the communication area, and low temperature hydronic panel heating for public areas.  Energy and life cycle cost analysis was performed during schematic design to help determine building features specific to the project  including optimum building insulation thickness and window thermal values, and efficient mechanical systems.






CAPITOL SCHOOL RENOVATION TO LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS OFFICES, JUNEAU (1998)
Client:  State of Alaska
Condition survey and construction documents for major renovation of facility's mechanical systems including complete replacement of hydronic heating system, pneumatic automatic control system, major renovation and addition to ventilation systems, renovation of sprinkler systems, and replacement of the domestic plumbing piping systems. 

PETERSBURG BALING FACILITY (1996)
Client:  City of Petersburg
Mechanical design included plumbing, heating including waste oil heater, fire suppression including fire pump, exhaust air systems, compressed air, underground oil storage tank, oil containment and separator, and low voltage controls.  Services included design, bidding, submittal review, and inspections.

SITKA COURT AND OFFICE BUILDING/SITKA POLICE STATION (1990)
Client:  City and Borough of Sitka
Domestic water piping system replacement. Prime consultant for preliminary investigation, design, construction documents, and inspection of complete domestic water piping and fixture replacement for the police station and holding cells, State of Alaska courtroom and offices, and Alaska Fish and Game offices.

RENOVATIONS TO THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION, JUNEAU (1983)
Client:  State of Alaska
Analysis, design construction documents, and inspection services for several renovations of the Governor's Mansion.  Mechanical systems and modifications included plumbing systems, steam and hot water heating systems, fire protection systems, and pneumatic automatic temperature controls.
